IS EVERYTHING HANDMADE?
Yes, the styling surfaces are handmade here in Australia using paint and plaster. All other items are hand made and sourced from different makers that I love and admire.
ARE THE BUMPS, MARKS AND TEXTURES IN THE SURFACE NORMAL?
Yes! The surfaces are handmade in a delicate process to deliver an intentional palette and texture. Small bumps, handling marks and variability in color are expected and is actually a part of what makes the surfaces special and one of a kind and aims to bring depth to your styling.
I DON'T SEE A SURFACE THAT I LIKE OR THAT'S SUITABLE FOR MY PROJECT. CAN YOU CUSTOM MAKE A SURFACE for me?
Yes, I can most certainly custom make a surface for you to suit your needs.

I AM NOT A PHOTOGRAPHER, CAN I USE THE STYLING SURFACES?
Of course and I would love for you to! The surfaces will help you create a clean, consistent and cohesive look for your product or service. The surfaces will uplift your images instantly.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
I do my best to send your items as soon as possible. Nonetheless, I am a mum of three and my processing time for the surfaces is 2 weeks (plus). For in stock ceramic items, please allow 2-3 days for processing and handling before shipment.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
For pre-order items, please note the expected delivery time in the product description. The date is an estimated guideline only and can change depending on customs, production or shipment delays which are out of our control. Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase for any pre-orders.
If you are outside of Australia, your order will not be shipped until it is complete. If you wish to have separate (immediate) shipments for your in-stock items, there will be an additional shipping charge. Please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
If you are domestic (within Australia), in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and when your pre-order item arrives, the item will be immediately shipped and you will be notified.
